Training & Mentoring for New Coaches

New Coaches are faced with a multitude of new challenges which can feel overwhelming at first: finding and building a constant stream of clients, developing coaching confidence, extending the tool kit and of course setting up one’s practice requiring business and marketing skills.

As an experienced coach I mentor and train new coaches to become successful in their new profession. Here are the services I offer:

1. Coaching for Certification Students to obtain their CPCC qualification
I coach you through your 6-month Certification programme and get you ready for your exams. You will not only enjoy the programme but maximize your own learnings and growth as a person. You will leave not only with your Certificate but ready to start your new career or business. CTI Certification Students benefit from a 10% discount on our personal coaching prices.

2. Coaching “Supervision & Feedback”
For all new coaches (whether in Certification or not), I offer supervisions of your coaching with your clients exactly like they are done in the CTI Certification Programme (you record the session – with your clients permission - and then we listen to it and discuss the feedback). Certification students regularly comment that the 9 supervisions you get as part of the CTI certification programme are the most powerful and useful part of the training. As a friend of mine once said “It allows you build your strengths from great to WOW and pinpoint exactly where and how to improve”. So whether you want extra supervisions during your Certification or simply want to build your skills and increase the impact of your unique way of coaching, Supervision & Feedback is for you. Charges are the same as for regular personal coaching clients.

3. Setting Up My Successful Practise
I offer a special 3 month programme (12 sessions) leading you step-by-step through the business and marketing jungle of building your own successful coaching practice. The programme consists of a combination of coaching, consulting and home study. You will directly benefit not only from my own experience of setting up a coaching practice but also of my 15 years of experience in international marketing with Procter & Gamble. The 3 month programme costs 8000 Dhs and will be one of the best time and monetary investments you have made.
