developandgrow has been established in 2006 and is the result of years of soul searching, research and development all leading to the creation of a premier executive and personal coaching practise with a reputation for high standards and consistent results. Both Silke and Masih come with 15+ years of experience in marketing, team and relationship management with multi-national companies and the military. Their success led them to ask (even) more from life. They found their calling in personal and team development and have re-trained as coaches and NLP practioners. They are both certified professional co-active coaches (CPCC). They are passionate about their work and the contribution they make to peoples lives and to organisations every day.

Silke Rehman – Masih Rehman
Silke Rehman, MBA, CPCC, NLP Coach: I am a co-active life coach specializing in helping powerful women, who dream of making a real difference in this world, but are held back by money, time or family commitments. Sometimes they just know they want to do something meaningful, but lack clarity on what exactly their unique contribution could be.
Many of these motivated women are thinking of starting their own business or organization, and many are already leaders in their current fields.
I am highly optimistic, have a sharp and creative mind, loads of ideas and energy to help you live your dreams. I studied psychology and have a master’s degree in business administration. I have 15 years of experience as an International Marketing Manager at Procter & Gamble, having worked in Germany, the UK and Switzerland, leading teams and projects.
I am a cancer survivor and mother of a wonderful 8 year-old daughter. Having lived in 6 different countries in the last 15 years, I have a track record for embracing change and adventure. I am very entrepreneurial having set up several organizations. I speak German, English, French and Spanish and am learning Arabic. I am a leader in several voluntary organizations, such as Girl Guides and the Multilingual Network.com. I am a member of the International Coach Federation.
I coach, because I love seeing my clients grow and achieve things they did not think were possible. Through coaching I feel I am making a difference in this world.

Masih Rehman, MA, MLitt., CPCC, NLP practioner: I specialise in coaching people who are so busy making a living that they have forgotten to have a life. I have a track record in helping clients manage change, create balance, push themselves to the next level in their personal and professional development and cope with the effects of stress, and trauma.
I focus on leaders and managers, high achievers and teams in business and financial services as well as the military. As a coach I am direct, supportive, challenging, results oriented and believe that each one of us owes it to themselves to lead a beautiful, successful and rewarding life.
I have worked for 15 years in client relationship management, sales and business development in Investment Banking. I have lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Pakistan, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.
I have an MA in Modern History with International Relations and an MLitt. in International Security. I was an Officer in the British army for 12 years and served in the Gulf, Bosnia and Northern Ireland. I love the outdoors and participate in endurance events and races for charity and personal growth.
I have an international outlook, being half Scottish and half Pakistani. My wife is German and we currently live in Dubai. We have a lively eight year-old daughter, and a great home life. I coach, because it allows me to help individuals and teams develop, evolve and give their best for themselves. I welcome you to developandgrow.

Our clients come from all nationalities and walks of life. Most of our clients are already successful in what they do. Some clients have reached a low point in their life. What all of our clients have in common is a strong desire and drive to make a positive change to their lives fast.
Who are our ideal clients ?
Our ideal 1on1 client wants to make a difference in this world and feels there must be more to life. He/she might already have a vision, or more likely has a dream and lots of thoughts and ideas about what he/she would love to do. Life’s circumstances have so far not allowed him/her to realize these dreams … as there was either no time, no money or support. Our clients want to achieve more in their lives and their careers and they value personal development and learning about themselves.
